General n-D Visualizer Plot Window Functions
The n-D Visualizer is a plot window that shows an n-D scatter plot of data selected for visualization. It is a projection of the n-D data onto a 2D plane.
- The n-D Visualizer can contain data (plotted as white pixels), axes, and color-coded classes, depending on the options you select in the n-D Controls dialog.
- You can highlight individual or groups of pixels and group them into an ROI.
- When you select the bands to plot, left-click in the n-D Visualizer to start the polygon, left-click on each vertex of the polygon, and right-click to close the polygon.
- You can rotate the scatter plot in n-D space to isolate specific groups of pixels.
