Docs Center update

A quick note: the Exelis VIS Documentation Center (www.exelisvis.com/docs) has been updated with the IDL 8.2.2 Help content. Please check out some of these new/improved entries:

• What's New in IDL 8.2.2
• IDL Tips and Tricks (Please feel free to add your favorites; we'll update this page with new content in every IDL release.)
• A description of the UI in Graphics windows
• Displaying an image with a map projection
• More detailed information on the new random number generator algorithm

I've also updated the IDL 8.2.2 released! post with links to the new/improved routines.
