The Astrolib's PCA Routine and ROI Creation

<p>Code libraries are a wonderful thing. They allow people from all over the world to share their code, and their ideas, with others. From file openers to complex algorithms, if there is a documented method for doing it, there is most likely code for it somewhere out there. Today, I'd like to focus on using the Astolib library in IDL along with the ENVI API to do some wicked cool analytics to generate Regions of Interest.
